HOW CAN I PLACE A BET?

Once you are logged in, click on the Sport tab on the main menu. Select your favourite sport and make your wager by clicking on what you consider as being the winning outcome. Your wager is shown on the “bet slip” that you can find on the right hand side of the page. Select the stake and the type of bet (on the top of the bet slip) you intend to place: single bet, multiple bet, (multiple bets can be played only from two forecasts of different events, combined together), or System.

Click on “Continue” and then confirm your bet. You have now placed a bet that cannot be changed anymore. If you want to find out more on the types of bets please carry on reading the contents of this Section, and review the section on Bet Types.

One of the fundamental rules of Sports Betting is that in the case of most wagers, the results will be decided over the duration of the entire match. In football, for example, the full duration of the event consists of the usual 90 minutes of the match, including any added injury time.

Always pay particular attention to the description of the event.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THAT MY BET HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?

Click on the button “History” in order to see all your bets. Bets that have been accepted do show the status “Accepted”. Please note that on live-beting, once placed, bet can no longer be cancelled.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE WON MY BET(S)?

If you have won your bet your winnings will be credited automatically to your account. You can find your winning bets under “History” with the status “Won”.

HOW DO I CANCEL A BET?

Once you have placed a bet and it got confirmed, it is impossible to cancel it. Please check your bets carefully before you are pressing the confirm button as the bet cannot be cancelled nor changed after confirmation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BET(S) TO BE SETTLED?

We always try to settle bets as quickly as possible. For some events, official confirmation of the result is necessary before settlement can take place, which may cause a slight delay. Results may take up to a minute or two to settle.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BETS IF ONE OR MORE OF MY SELECTIONS DO NOT TAKE PART?

When the outcome of a single bet is deemed void the stake is refunded, when an event from a multiple bet is declared void, if the multiple is a triple, the voided will simply be not calculated and the multiple bet will be calculated as a double.

MY BET HAS BEEN SETTLED AS VOID, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

A void settlement means that your stake has been returned to you. If you are unsure why your bet has been made void please get in touch with our customer support.

CAN I PLACE THE SAME BET THAT I CONFIRMED A FEW MINUTES AGO?

After you have definitely confirmed a bet, you’ll be able to see the option to repeat bet, this allows the player to re bet using the same values for up to 3 last bets.

WHAT IS A SINGLE BET?

The “Single bet” is the easiest type of bet. You simply predict the outcome of a single event. In football, for example, you may bet on the win of the home team (1), on a draw (X) or on an away win (2) of a team. For example: You are betting 100 EUR on AC Milan with odds 2.00. If AC Milan wins, you will win 100 EUR multiplied by the odds 2.00, which is a total payout of 200 EUR.

WHAT IS A MULTIPLE OR ACCUMULATOR BET?

The "Multiple bet" offers you the opportunity to select up to 20 events with a single wagered amount. To win your wager, all of the results must be correct. As an example, if you are betting 100 EUR on Lazio with odds 1.50, Fiorentina with odds 2.00, Roma with 1.80, Milan with 1.60 and Juventus with odds 1.30 (quintuple bet), and if all of your forecasts are correct, your will win 1,123.20 EUR.

WHAT IS A SYSTEM BET?

A “System bet” is a more complex variation of the multiple bet. The system bet provides you with the opportunity to combine various multiple bets into a single bet. The easiest way to explain the system bet is the 2 to 3 system bet. In this example, you select 3 games and place a 2 to 3 system bet, wagering for example on AC Milan, Napoli and Atalanta winning. You are placing a bet on all the possible double combinations resulting from the 3 teams. In this example, the 2 to 3 system is composed of 3 double combinations:

Bet 1: AC Milan wins (1.50), Naples wins (1.80) Bet 2: AC Milan wins (1.50), Atalanta wins (2.00) Bet 3: Napoli wins (1.80), Atalanta wins (2.00). The total amount of 15 EUR means that 5 EUR is wagered on each of the 3 double bets. At the end of the matches we will know the results of the selected games: Napoli and Atalanta win, and for AC Milan it is a draw. In this case, the results of the bets are:

Bet 1: lost (the forecast on AC Milan is wrong), Bet 2: lost (the forecast on AC Milan is wrong), Bet 3: won! For bet number 3 your betting account will be credited 5 EUR x 1.80 (odds for Napoli) x 2.00 (odds for Atalanta) = 18 EUR, i.e. a net winnings of 3 EUR despite the fact that bets 1 and 2 are losing ones.

The number of possible bets increases with the number of events a System bet is composed of.

1. The "system bet" 3 to 4 includes all possible triple combinations of bets on 4 teams, i.e. 4 bets.

2. The "system bet" 2 to 4 includes all possible double combinations of bets on 4 teams, i.e. 6 bets.

3. The "system bet" allows you to select up to 10 events and the amount that you wish to bet will be automatically distributed over all the columns determined by the total number of events that are wagered.
